My name is Rod Burns and I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer. I have been a public school teacher for 24 years. I love to travel with my wife, hike, play sports and hang with family. 

I am currently the Director of Instructional Technology and Teacher Support for Young Women's Leadership Academy in Dallas. As an instructional designer professional, I create and develop educational and training materials for various audiences. My primary responsibility is to design and develop effective and engaging learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill development.
